Daniel Dobson
Acquisition Director
Daniel leads our in-house deployment team and is our Senior Acquisitions Director. He has over a decade of experience dealing with auction houses and within estate agency and has accrued a vast network. Daniel is known for his persistence, determination and leadership skills which are key to the success of Simpact’s mission to create needs-led homes for communities.
Brenda Fuller
Director of Revenue
Brenda is a qualified project manager and is a member of the Associate for Project Management.
With over 10 years’ experience, she is an expert in Housing Benefit Legislations and Case law, with specialist knowledge of Specified Accommodation. Brenda has successfully managed Housing Benefit Appeals, presenting cases at both first tier and upper tribunal. Her wealth of knowledge and experience allows her to provide training and advice in the law relating to the provision of Welfare Benefits/reform.
Brenda has led project boards on numerous government backed projects, specialising and underpinning the implementation of strategies and processes for service improvement, performance management and managing budgets within the Public sector, ensuring that these positively impact the customer experience.
Josh West
Director of Operations
Josh West is Director of Operations at Simpact with a strong background in project management, underpinned by an MBA and certifications in PRINCE2, AGILE and ITIL. He brings over a decade of experience leading complex projects across diverse sectors, helping organisations turn ideas into actionable results. Known for his strategic thinking, meticulous execution, and clear communication, Josh ensures every project is delivered on time, on scope, and with lasting impact.
Yossi Pincus
Regional Manager
Yossi has a proven track record with extensive knowledge and expertise, having developed commercial property strategies for many businesses and national charities. He has an impressive track record in maximising value and efficiency from businesses and their portfolio by working closely with all parties involved.
With strong experience in the property industry, Yossi understands the needs and concerns of investors, landlords and tenants. He has previously worked as a strategic consultant to a hedge fund in Mayfair, ensuring delivery of portfolio targets via returns on investments, sourcing finance and overseeing acquisitions on various commercial projects. Yossi is also heavily involved with several charities within the UK and sits on the committee for several community projects in addition to being a registered Paramedic, volunteering with a local ambulance service helping to save lives.
Helen Baigel
Accounts Executive
Helen is an Accounts Executive at Simpact. She brings strong financial expertise and attention to detail to the team, ensuring accurate and efficient management of accounts. Helen is responsible for overseeing financial processes, maintaining compliance, and supporting the wider team with budgeting and reporting. Her analytical skills and commitment to excellence make her a key asset to Simpact.
Avi Gluck
Head of Development
Avi is the Head of Development at Simpact. Avi brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the team, with a proven track record of success in property development and construction. As Head of Development, Avi is responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of Simpact’s projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standards. He is a skilled leader, able to motivate and manage a team of professionals to achieve common goals.
Laura Donohoe
Head of BD and Partnerships
Laura brings a wealth of expertise, knowledge and passion to Simpact. With substantial business development experience across housing, health, criminal justice and social care, highlights of her career include leading on the GLA and Public Health England response to Covid19 (providing emergency accommodation for rough sleepers), supporting service user led social enterprise start ups, and managing strategic partnerships for integrated health and housing contracts across the UK.
Laura understands the challenges and opportunities within the supported housing sector, having worked both sides of the industry – and is resolutely client focused. She is passionate about creating homes that are founded on sustainability, and developed with an understanding of how psychologically informed environments help clients thrive. She works directly with local authorities, CCGs, housing providers, care organisations and charities to identify and develop needs-led strategic partnerships,
She is purpose driven, impact oriented, and believes the future belongs to social entrepreneurs.
Libby Gold
Finance Director
Having been raised in London and spending many years in Israel, Libby has gained experience both personally and professionally across many markets. This includes working as an auditor for KPMG and holding various financial positions at international Hi-Tech companies focussing on developing, restructuring and upgrading systems and processes.
